Our team is completely composed of recent Bainbridge High School graduates who are currently pursuing higher education at various colleges. Collectively, we have over 5 years of professional cleaning experience and 50 years in the Bainbridge community! Bonded by a deep friendship and the experience of serving over 100 happy customers to date, we are excited to come get your house looking better than ever!
Andrew Jobes
Founder & CEO
Andrew has been JDR's lead for years. This past year, Andrew has taken many steps to expand the reach of JDR, including assembling a team of friends to help him. He is currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington. Andrew has been responsible for all of JDR's accomplishments thus far and is excited for what’s to come!
Nicolas Wirz
Operations Manager
Nicolas is going into his sophomore year of college at Santa Clara University, where he is studying economics. He has been in a managerial and logistics role for JDR for the past 6 months and looks forward to helping JDR run smoothly and effectively. Nicolas has been on Bainbridge his whole life and spent his last 2 summers operating the Jack Flash Shuttle Service.
Wyatt Putman
Lead Technician
Wyatt is looking forward to starting his JDR experience this summer, cleaning to his heart’s content. He is currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Oregon State University. Wyatt moved to Bainbridge 3 years ago and met Nicolas and Andrew through football. He has been friends with the rest of the JDR crew ever since.
Ryan Schacht
Technician
Ryan has been in a supporting role throughout the winter, helping JDR expand its reach and looks forward to continuing this summer. He is studying Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University. Ryan has known the whole JDR team for years, having gone to school with the rest of the crew for the better part of 7 years and sharing many memories together.
